·Leading and Managing R&D Team and its related activities
·Strong Technological background with in-depth Knowledge of Instrument Transformer, Bushings and Coils
·In depth Process knowledge of New Product Development, Value Engg, MIS & SAP

·Knowledge acquired in B.E. Electrical, M.Tech or M.E. preferably
Technical Skills:
·High Voltage Engineering, Electrostatic & Electromagnetic Design
·Working knowledge of SAP, Quality Management System
Key Skills:
·English fluency in business Communication with stakeholders
·Pronounced Communication skills for clarifying requirements/solutions and resolving Technical Query
·Proactive mindset and approach to serve internal and external customers
·Mindset of growth and service to support colleagues and always think win-win
·Intercultural sensitivity and ability to work in a multi-cultural team
·Time management and Prioritization Skills
·Readiness to dig deep into techno-commercial topics.
