We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Requirements Management (RM) Expert to join our Product Lifecycle Management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing RM digital solutions to support the PLM process. This role requires a blend of excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, requirements management process and tool set-up experience, and the ability to plan and execute process and tool update initiatives.
How to contribute to our vision:
The Requirements Management Expert will collaborate with various stakeholders within the Technology team (engineers, projects and portfolio managers, and process experts) to understand their business needs in the context of RM and translate them into implementable solutions into our tools and process landscape.
In short, as part of implementing RM, you will:
Engage on a regular basis with your stakeholders ensuring that you fully understand the scope of RM developments within the PLM process.
Plan and execute RM updates.
Configure RM templates, workflows, work items, LiveDocs, LiveReport pages, Wikis.
Develop and deliver training across product development functions responsible for defining and managing requirements.
Support on ongoing basis the Product Development Projects within the organization to manage their requirements through the entire development cycle.
Extend Polarion functionality using Polarion's extension points, web services API, and scripting in HTML, JavaScript, and Velocity.
Stay abreast of the latest developments in ALM practices and Siemens Polarion upgrades to continually improve our implementation.
What you need to make a difference:
The right candidate should ideally have a master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field and minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in implementing RM. In addition, you should have:
Experience with Siemens Polarion ALM or similar RM tools.
Knowledge of integrating Polarion with other tools and platforms (e.g., JIRA, DevOps, Teamcenter).
Knowledge of Systems Engineering processes and information items specified by ISO IEC IEEE 15288 / ISO IEC IEEE 15289 / ISO IEC IEEE 29148.
