JD Sr F&B Manager PSL:Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Senior Food and Beverage Manager to lead our team in deliveringexceptional culinary experiences to our guests. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects offood and beverage operations, including menu development, inventory management, and teamsupervision.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement promotions and pricing strategies- Manage inventory, labor costs, and budgeting- Supervise and train a team of F&B staff, including managers, servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction- Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation- Collaborate with other departments to drive sales and revenue growth- Analyze sales data and trends to inform business decisions- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations- Develop and implement processes to increase efficiency and productivityRequirements:- 10+ years of experience in F&B management- Strong leadership and communication skills- Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations- Certification in food safety and hospitality management (an asset)Note:- Should have worked in good resorts and IHM background required.- Candidates who are from our region will be preferred as their HR should be strongSalary: 60-70k /month (Negotiable based on skill set of candidate) + food and accommodationWill be reporting to GM/ManagementErp and computer knowledge is must
