Job Requirements
1. Qualification: B.E Mechanical
2. Years of Experience: 3 year
3. Technical Skills: Technical and Engineering Knowledge, Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities,
Project Management and Organizational Skills, Communication and Interpersonal Skills
4. Behavioral Skills: (1) Team Work (2) Management skills (3) Operations Management (4) Customer Centric (5) Positive Attitude (6) Target Oriented
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop, configure and optimize industrial processes from inception through to start up and certification
2. Assess processes, take measurements and interpret data
3. Design, run, test and upgrade systems and processes
4. Develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output
5. Perform process simulations
6. Manage cost and time constraints
7. Perform risk assessments
8. Provide process documentation and operating instructions
9. Excellent technical skills
10. Knowledge of process related standards
