Job Title: Pre-Primary Teacher Location - Ambikapur, ChhattisgarhSalary & Benefits - 15 K to 35KKey Responsibilities:Planning and Preparing Lessons:Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans that promote learning in a creative, engaging, and structured manner.Organize activities that help develop basic skills such as literacy, numeracy, social interaction, and motor skills.Classroom Management:Maintain a safe, clean, and positive classroom environment where children feel secure and encouraged.Ensure that all children’s needs (physical, emotional, and intellectual) are met.Implement behavior management strategies to foster respect, responsibility, and cooperation.Child Development:Observe and assess individual children's progress, identifying strengths and areas for improvement.Provide support and encouragement to children as they develop their social, cognitive, and physical skills.Facilitate group activities and discussions to improve communication skills and teamwork.Parent Communication:Regularly communicate with parents about their child’s progress, milestones, and any concerns.Participate in parent-teacher conferences and engage with families to support children’s learning and development.Assessment and Reporting:Track and document children’s progress through informal and formal assessments.Prepare regular reports for parents and school administration, highlighting the development and achievements of each child.Collaborating with Colleagues:Work closely with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and effective educational experience for children.Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and workshops to continually improve teaching skills.Promoting Emotional and Social Development:Support the emotional well-being of children by promoting kindness, empathy, and conflict-resolution skills.Help children build self-confidence and independence in a structured learning environment.Safety and Hygiene:Ensure the classroom and play areas are safe and adhere to hygiene standards.Supervise children during breaks, lunch, and other non-classroom activities to ensure safety.Required Skills and Qualifications:Education: A degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education or a related field.Experience: Experience working with young children in a classroom or child care setting is preferred.Skills:Strong understanding of child development principles and early childhood education.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Patience, creativity, and flexibility in dealing with young children.Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues and parents.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Desirable Qualities:Passion for early childhood education.Ability to create a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom culture.Enthusiastic, energetic, and passionate about working with children.A good sense of humor and ability to engage young children in educational play.Interested candidate can drop their CV on pooja@educohire.com
