Job Description: Area Sales Manager
Position Overview:
The person concerned should manage the respective franchise allotted to him. He would be responsible for all the sales activities of the region, who need to manage walk-in, enquiries generated in the region and do business development activities like meeting architects, clients and site meeting.
Prefer to have candidate from windows, facade , hardware or architectural products.
This role involves managing a sales team, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring strategic growth within the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales plans to achieve assigned targets.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise sales representatives.
- Client Relationships: Maintain strong connections with key clients and stakeholders.
- Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activities and market trends for strategic insights.
- Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, with a focus on team management.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
