You’ll make an impact by:

• Ensuring of upkeeping/availability of cRSP platfom for users. Checking/Troubleshooting in case of connectivity issues for users.
• Onboarding/Offboarding/Changes of customer site devices.
• User Administration.
• Diagnose and resolve software/hardware/network issues. Seeking further support(L2) in case of complex issues & updating to customers.
• Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of software applications and hardware.
• Maintaining records systematically & updating to stakeholders on regular basis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide comprehensive support and ensure customer satisfaction.

You’ll win us over by:

• Good knowledge on network connectivity and remote access technologies (VPN, remote desktop, etc.) with hands-on working. System/IT admin background would be of added advantage.
• Familiarity with Windows (and other OS), and related tools/applications for networking.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills to support customers.
• Flexible to work with European (CET)/other time zones.
• Engineering Graduates/Diploma Holders (EEE/ECE/IT/CS/Equivalent) with good academic record & 2-5 years of relevant work experience.
