CTC Range: 2 LPA to 2.8 LPA (Fixed Pay) | INR 15000 monthly incentives on achievement of minimal disbursement targets


Job Description:


The Relationship Officer - Home Loans will be responsible for establishing a local distribution network for home loans through contact points and direct marketing activities. This includes site visits, pamphlet distribution, and other related activities. The role involves the creation and empanelment of contact points, which are typically the first points of inquiry for individuals looking to build or buy a home. These points include cement dealers, building material suppliers, planners, engineers, masons, and sanitary ware dealers. The employee will manage their assigned location, fostering relationships with these contact points and existing borrowers to distribute affordable housing loans.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Achieve home loan disbursement goals by executing a comprehensive business plan, including prospecting, networking, and field-based marketing activities.
  • Present and promote Home Loans to prospective clients both physically and digitally through social media channels.
  • Profile customers during each call or visit to understand their needs and recommend suitable loan products.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to generate referrals and ensure timely loan servicing.
  • Perform field-based activities and marketing initiatives as instructed by the branch manager to generate home loan leads.
  • Manage the complete lifecycle of a home loan, from application and processing coordination to the end of the customer's relationship with the organization.

Requirements

Qualifications:


  • Must be a graduate from any stream.
  • Should have a minimum of 12 months of experience in retail sales.
  • Must have good communication skills.
  • Must have a Two-Wheeler and a valid driving license.

Skills Required:


  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong drive for achieving targets.
  • Basic understanding of home loan products and the housing market.

Specific Criteria/Requirements:


  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned location.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good knowledge of the local market and potential customer base.
  • Flexibility to work in different locations as required by the organization
