We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist 


In this role, you will:


  • The role is responsible to cover activities on Design and Development (CTB) as well as Production Processing Support (RTB) fronts.
  • Engage with stakeholders of various levels across business lines to understand business requirements, identify solutions and contribute to decision making. Create robust technical design, solution and a strategy for development of new components to meet requirements.
  • Drive monthly release planning, provide support across the end-to-end delivery, utilising the skills and expertise to carry out software development, testing and operational support activities with the ability to move between these according to demand.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with peers, vendors, and Senior Managers.
  • Maintain close co-ordination with Project and Business stakeholders during release cycle.
  • Provide support to DevOps teams working at all stages of a product or service release/change with a strong customer focus and end to end journeys.
  • Establish a digital environment and automate processes to minimize variation and ensure predictable high-quality code and data.
  • Working with Business, Finance change delivery, Product Owner to drive end to end implementation for various regulatory requirements.
  • Product/Service team driving a culture of continuous improvement. Also, should be well aware of the various code scanning findings and provide meaningful remediation solutions.
  • Keep up to date and have expertise on current tools, technologies and areas like cyber security and regulations pertaining to aspects like data usability etc. that are applicable.
  • Should oversee and ensure all the IT General Controls (e.g. SDLC, DEPL, etc) are followed and be able to provide evidence when required by audit reviews from time to time.
  • Guide and develop colleagues to drive performance standards and best practices.
