As a Regulatory Reporting Analyst in the Rates Regulatory team, you will be working in a dynamic operating environment, reviewing changing regulations and ensuring compliance. You will be responsible for monitoring controls, resolving issues promptly, and partnering closely with various teams such as Business, Business Management, Projects, Technology, Legal, and Compliance. This role provides an opportunity to understand OTC derivative instruments and market dynamics, particularly Rates as an asset class, and to develop and implement an appropriate control framework. You will also be involved in production planning and workload balancing on a daily basis, and running end-to-end UAT testing of key tech deliveries.
