Join our Digital Enterprise Service team as a Regional Service Manager to Crete a premium Customer Experience though Service Delivery and lead the charge in accelerating our customer’s Digital Transformation.


Our team Mission:


We provide Best-in-class services for Siemens Digital Industry Products for the entire Life Cycle of the Products. We offer Optimization Services including Life expansion of our products to achieve the sustainability targets of customers and Technology Services to accelerate our customer’s Digital Transformation.


We look to rely on you to drive this mission in the Southern India.


What will you Do:


  • 🚀 Lead and Inspire: Manage and motivate a team of service professionals and specialists to achieve greatness.
  • 🌟 Drive Excellence: Ensure Customer Satisfaction with top-notch service delivery that exceeds customer expectations.
  • 📊 Analyze and Improve: Use your analytical skills to identify opportunities for improvement and implement innovative solutions.
  • ? Collaborate: Work closely with other departments (Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Finace, Lega) to create a seamless service experience.
  • 🛠️ Resolve Issues: Tackle escalated customer concerns with confidence and efficiency.
  • 📈 Report Success: Prepare and present insightful reports on service performance.

·Innovate:Serve our customers with Innovative services for his complete plant lifecycle and help him accelerate his Digital Transformation as well as meet his sustainability goals.


What We're Looking For:


  • 🎓 Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering. Preferably a postgraduate in Business Management.
  • 🏆 Experience: 15 – 18 years of experience in Automation, Motion Control and Drives. Proven track record of working/ Leading in Digital transformation cases.
  • 💪 Leadership & People Management: Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • 🗣️ Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • 🔍 Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • 💼 Customer Focus: A passion for delivering best-in-class service.
  • 💻 Tech-Savvy: Easily grasp and use CRM and other business tools.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset:Drive the business with Ownership
