Job Title: Regional Sales Manager/National Sales Manager 
Location: Mumbai
Reporting to: Head of Sales
Team Size: 6 Reportees
Experience: 6-7 years in relevant sales roles with experience managing a team
Qualifications: Any Graduation


Role Objective:
This position is focused on driving sales of Aesthetic/Derma lasers in Mumbai, particularly targeting skin clinics. The role requires strong expertise in device sales and customer relationship management, as well as leading a team to achieve sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Product Promotion: You will be responsible for promoting Aesthetic/Derma laser devices to skin clinics, effectively communicating product benefits, features, and addressing clinical objections from customers.


  2. Device Demonstrations: Conduct live demonstrations of the laser devices at customer locations to showcase their capabilities and ensure customers understand their value and functionality.


  3. Training: You will provide hands-on training to clinical staff and customers as needed, ensuring they are equipped to use the devices confidently and effectively.


  4. Sales Orders & Delivery: Take responsibility for securing sales orders, managing timely execution, delivery, and ensuring prompt collection of payments.


  5. Customer Service Coordination: Address customer service inquiries, concerns, and ensure proper communication and resolution by coordinating with internal teams. You will also handle the submission of required forms and daily reports to the company.


  6. Territory Management: Build and manage a network of existing and potential customers within the assigned territory, nurturing long-term relationships to drive sales growth.


  7. Task & Follow-Up Management: Exhibit strong follow-up skills to ensure tasks related to sales, service, and customer engagement are executed effectively.


  8. Industry Engagement: Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, and meetings as required by the company, representing the brand and expanding business opportunities.


  9. Team Leadership & Target Achievement: Lead and manage a team of six, overseeing their performance and ensuring the sales team meets its targets.


  10. Pan-India Travel: Be willing to travel across India, as needed, to conduct product demonstrations and provide training to customers.


  11. Sales Targets: Sales targets will be assigned after joining, along with product training to ensure you are fully equipped to succeed in this role.
