We're looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager (Individual contributor) to join our Sales Team. Reporting to the Regional Director you'll be responsible for:Your path to success:
  • You will take ownership of an assigned territory focused on net new logo and upsell opportunities, while using customer references such as the CIO of GE*, CTO of Siemens*, and EVP of Microsoft*
  • You will demonstrate expertise in building business cases which show value and difference at all levels of your customer / prospect organisations
  • You will benefit from complementary Sales Engineering, Solution Architecture, Value Consulting and Transformation Teams throughout your sales cycles
  • You will create pipeline using new techniques, tools, joint field marketing programmes, trade shows and top tier channel partners (VAR, SI & SP)
  • You will win deals through world-class planning and preparation, and being consultative in your approach to solving business problems
What we expect from you:
  • 15+ years of experience promoting enterprise technology, with focus on SaaS and inspiring networking technologies. Security background.
  • Experience with over-achievement; Accomplishments on Strategic/ Major Net New Logo Wins and growth with existing Accounts and interest in how to use channel partnerships.
  • Willingness to be coached and the discipline to work a sales process from beginning to end.
  • Follow string Sales Methodology and Value-Selling approach for Solutions offered.
  • Evidence of 'team sales' and the ability to use other teams, partners, and team members to be successful.
  • An 'in the field' mentality leading you to meet customers and prospects face-to-face wherever possible.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 15+ years of full-cycle sales experience within software or security industry
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Progressive selling experience engaging with accounts and selling at C-Level

  • You have established relationships with current and prospective customers
  • You understand the bigger picture, customer goals and how technology can facilitate them
  • Proficiency in strategic sales planning with experience closing net new logos
