Job Title: Regional Sales Manager - Defense
We are seeking an experienced and driven Defense Sales Manager to join our team at EyeROV, India's first indigenous manufacturer of commercial underwater drones/ROVs. This role is pivotal in driving sales within government sectors, specifically defense (Navy, Army) organizations. You will take full ownership of the sales cycle, from lead generation to revenue realization, while developing strong relationships with our clients and ensuring seamless coordination with our operations team. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a key role in expanding EyeROV’s presence in the defense sector through innovative sales strategies and excellent customer service.
Your Roles & Responsibility
Achieving the sales targets for the company
To work with Government Organizations like Defense (Navy, Army) for sales of EyeROV products and solutions
Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to revenue realization
Creation of techno-commercial proposals for clients, tenders, and other projects
Responsible for post-sales coordination with clients and the operations team for the execution of work, follow-up for payments after work completion, and maintaining customer relationships
Handle Tenders with Govt, PSU, State Gov
Reports Directly to CEO
Skills:
Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills
Active listening skills, highly consultative and solution-oriented
Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change
Excellent communicator and relationship builder
Ability to learn, understand, and communicate technical product requirements
Fluency in English and Hindi

Experience
8 - 15 years of relevant experience in Sales
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field
At least 5 years of B2G technical sales experience
Prior sales experience with the Navy or armed forces
