Key Responsibilities:


  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans to meet sales targets and revenue growth objectives for the SME and MSME segments in the West region.
  • Market Development: Identify market opportunities and potential clients within the SME and MSME sectors. Develop effective sales strategies to capitalize on these opportunities, ensuring a strong and sustainable client base.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through excellent service and tailored financial solutions.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals. Provide guidance, support, and training to ensure the team meets individual and collective targets.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Identify potential threats and opportunities, and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Product Knowledge: Utilize understanding of supply chain finance products, such as purchase invoice discounting and channel finance, to develop tailored financial solutions for clients.

Qualifications:


  • Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required. A Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Industry Experience: Extensive experience in the SME segment, particularly with businesses having an annual turnover of 50 crores to 250 crores. Familiarity with the market dynamics and client needs of the West region is crucial.
  • Sales and Business Development: 7-10 years of experience in sales or business development roles, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management capabilities, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve excellence.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective relationship building with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical and Strategic Thinking: An analytical mindset with strong strategic thinking abilities. Capable of identifying market opportunities, analyzing data, and developing effective sales strategies.
  • Adaptability: Proactive, results-oriented, and adaptable to changing business environments.
