Location: South Bengaluru 

Your New Role

• Identify potential clients and explore business opportunities through market research and networking.
• Generate leads, schedule meetings, and develop relationships with prospective clients.
• Deliver effective sales presentations to highlight our products/services and close deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet client requirements and provide insights for service improvements.
• Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and job requirements.
• Source, screen, and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
• Conduct initial interviews, evaluate candidates’ skills, and schedule further interviews with hiring managers.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of talent for current and future hiring needs.

What you Need to Succesed

• Graduat from any degree
• Good comunication skils 
• Willing to learn and grow

What Will You Achieve

• Expereince working in an MNC 
• Get a first hand expereince working directly with the maanging partners
