Position Overview / Purpose
The key objective of the Recipient Services Trainee will be on learning and integration to Cochlear with activities and learnings as milestones. The Recipient Services Trainee – is meant to build the clinical and commercial acumen of the employee as the incumbent is expected to be from a clinical education background with no or limited work experience. After the initial 12 months, the intent is that the individual will have added responsibilities as a Recipient Services Associate. However, the same depends on the individual development journey. The period for the same could vary person to person.
The Recipient Services Trainee requires good product understanding, surgical expertise, strong sense of empathy and an application of business acumen.
