The position
As an Real World Evidence Manager at Novo Nordisk, you will have the opportunity to:
Coordinate with HEOR Managers to design study analysis plan and execute feasibility analysis and advice on conduct of full studies.
Data and statistical programming/writing code scripts (SQL, SAS/R) and review and approve publication materials for conducted studies.
Prepare analyses cohorts based on in-house commercial EMR/claims databases and develop analyses approaches and procedures in commercial databases for recurrent analyses.
Interpretation of output and provides suggestions on improvements
Participate in internal team and strategy meetings to understand overall strategy and drive internal knowledge sharing discussions.
Qualifications
University Master’s degree in Biostatistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Computer science, Life sciences, public health or equivalent.
Bachelor’s degree in Pharma (BPharm), Science/Biotechnology (BSc), Engineering (BTech).
Documented Experience with econometrical methods & application.
Bachelor’s/Masters in Biostatistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Computer science, Life sciences, public health or equivalent.
Minimum of 4 to 7 years of experience in data analytics/science, ideally within pharmaceutical industry or consultancy.
Experience working with US data sources like IQVIA PPlus, Optum, Market Scan, Ambulatory EMR, NHANES etc.
Experience contributing to medical publications preferred.
Must work on the shift that starts from 2 PM to 10.30 PM.

The Commercial, Global Business Services (GBS) unit is responsible for driving deliverables for multiple Corporate Vice President (CVP) areas within Commercial & Corporate Affairs, including Insulin, GLP-1 and Obesity Marketing, Market Access, Commercial Planning, and Commercial Operations. The unit also supports BioPharma global marketing for Haemophilia and growth disorders.
