Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced React Developer to join our team and help build high-quality web applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of React development, experience in designing and developing scalable, high-performance web applications, and hands-on experience with related technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and server-side technologies. The candidate should be self-motivated, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience working with geographically dispersed teams.
- Proven experience in React development.
Education Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Software Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of CSS, HTML5, JavaScript libraries (React, Angular 10+).
- Experience with source control (preferably Git) and Continuous Integration tools.
- Exposure to agile methodologies.
Overall Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain web applications using React.
- Interpret business requirements and technical design documents to design and develop appropriate software solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Follow and drive project plans and task schedules.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in React development.
Category-wise Technical Skills:
Front-end Development:
- Proficiency in React and related JavaScript libraries.
- Strong knowledge of CSS and HTML5.
- Experience with responsive design.
Back-end Development:
- Server-side experience including Java, .Net/C#, and SQL (desired).
Architectural Design:
- Strong architectural design skills.
- Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
Security:
- Knowledge of internet attack vectors, protection mechanisms, web application vulnerabilities, and their solutions.
Tools and Methodologies:
- Experience with source control (preferably Git) and Continuous Integration tools.
- Exposure to agile methodologies.
Day-to-day Activities:
- Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using React.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality products.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings.
- Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Debug and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Stay informed about the latest developments in React and related technologies.
