Job Title: R&D Senior Member of Technical Staff, Product Development
Location: Hyderabad , India – Hybrid (~60% office, ~40% remote)

Key Responsibilities
· Design, develop and implement functional features as per Product Owner requests.
· Analyse, investigate and debug issues found both internally (by the team) and externally (by customers).
· Drive quality throughout our product by taking the initiative on automated testing, architectural refactoring, and communal best practices.
· Demonstrate sound decision making on individual and team workloads to ensure it is delivered in a timely manner.
Desired Experience
From most to least important:
· Confidence in one (or more) of the following languages:Fortran, C#, C++, PML.
· Awareness of industrial engineering and/or factory plant design.
· Comfortable with source control systems (GIT) and automated build pipelines (Azure DevOps).
· Practices Agile and Scrum methodologies.
