R&D/QC Technician

• Able to understand the product chemistry
• Able to familiar with the testing procedures & safety measure
• Able to independently execution of product trials at Lab scale & their evaluation & benchmarking with the competitor products
• Apply appropriate expertise to enable successful implementation of testing procedures.
• Adept to handling advance instruments in the laboratory
• Quality assurance & quality control as per ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 standards.
• Should have knowledge in understanding of the construction chemical product – Concrete Admixtures, Water-Proof chemicals compounds (Acrylic, SBR, Cementitious), Dry mix Products (Cement Adhesive for tiles, Ready Mix Plaster, Non-Shrink Grouts) Repair and Masonry Products, epoxy adhesives, sealants, coatings etc. and its testing procedures as per IS, ASTM & BS, BIS standards.
• Execution of inhouse product trials & their testing as per the QC standards
• Evaluation of new alternate raw materials
• Product evaluations & bench marking with competitors’ products
• To prepare free samples & dispatch to the sales team in given timeline
• Coordinate with production & QC team as when needed for smooth operation
• To calibrate the instruments before their due dates & maintain the calibration records effectively
• To maintain the stock of Lab chemicals & reagents
• To prepare & standardize the primary solutions
• Third party testing
• To responsible for maintaining the good housekeeping in the Lab
• Responsible for abiding the safety norms while working in the Lab
• Candidate should have B.Sc. Chemistry with 2 - 3 years’ experience ​
