Overview The External Innovation Data Entry Analyst performs day-to-day leads management and supports the organization’s long-term business goals for emerging technology platforms.The roles and responsibilities include: Collect and manage data for new opportunities from our technology scouts, internal stakeholders and external partner ecosystem. Data input into the Leads Management System (Microsoft Dynamics Customer-Relationship Management Database). The candidate must be detail-oriented and be able to manage several commitments simultaneously and meet stringent deadlines. The ability to communicate well and develop positive working relationships with internal partners and colleagues in a team environment is essential, as is the ability to work with a minimum amount of supervision. Good experience with various LMS, CRM tools (Salesforce/ HubSpot/ Microsoft Dynamics) data collection and management. Manage inquiries and requests for assistance for the Leads Management System in a timely manner. Take responsibility for training and roll-out of this key information management tool to key functional areas in R&D. Ensure that quality assurance standards for data entry are adhered to by database users. Provide timely and clear communication to partners, internal PepsiCo External Innovation team members, and Senior R&D leadership on technology tracking status, leads, and leads management metrics. Qualifications Good with repetitive tasks and doing things with high quality (attention to detail). Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 suite of tools (particularly Excel and SharePoint) including manipulating data (filtering, queries, etc.) to extract critical info. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM tools. Friendly yet professional demeanor to conduct calls with internal associates and capture input. A pro-active nature to include a flexible approach to hours of work and location of duties Excellent project management skills Programming experience is beneficial – SQL Strong collaborator; Interested and motivated by working with others. Actively creates and participates in opportunities to co-create solutions across markets or brands. Education: A Bachelor’s degree, preferably related to science or IT, is required for this position. Good communication skills – English Stakeholder management skills – Working with different teams and to be able to conduct calls with internal associates and capture input. Understanding of internal & external data sources that could contribute to the reporting and analysis function. Flexible working hours (work day ends at 11:30 am CST) Experience in CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics, and familiarity with project management and data analytics tools. Good to have skills : STEM background who understands the business processes preferably within an innovation or technology-driven environment. Working experience of CRM tool migration from one platform to another.
