Key Responsibilities:


  • Partner with Quality and Operational Leadership to develop a comprehensive Quality Management framework for CMG JBS Operations in India.
  • Conduct regular audits, inspections, and performance evaluations to identify areas for improvement and mitigate risk.
  • Monitor and report on quality framework deployment progress to senior management, highlighting concerns and proposing solutions.
  • Implement and maintain quality management systems and processes in alignment with established guidelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and monitor quality control measures.
  • Standardise processes to drive consistency and performance.
  • Gather and analyze end-user feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Track and act on key quality metrics and performance indicators.
  • Provide training and support to ensure adherence to the quality framework.
  • Foster a culture of quality, compliance, and continuous improvement throughout the organisation.

Qualifications and skills:  


  • University Graduates / Post-Graduates with 5-7 years of progressive experience in quality management within the IT/ BPO / Shared services industry. 
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present complex data to diverse stakeholders. 
  • Strong knowledge of quality management principles, methodologies, and tools. 
  • Exceptional understanding of Six Sigma, and other quality management systems.
  • Strong Excel skills are essential for data analysis, accurate reporting, and tracking key performance metrics.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading quality improvement initiatives and driving change across an organization. 
  • Proven history in conducting audits and inspections and implementing preventive actions. 
  • Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions. 
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 
  • Quality certifications (e.g., Six Sigma Black Belt) are highly desirable.
