Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary: As a Quality Engineer (Tester), you will be responsible for enabling full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Your typical day will involve performing continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite using Selenium, creating automation strategy, automated scripts and supporting data and environment configuration. You will also participate in code reviews, monitor, and report defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process. Roles & Responsibilities: - Develop and execute automation scripts using Selenium for functional, regression, and performance testing. - Create and maintain test cases, test plans, and test scripts for manual and automated testing. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects, and ensure that the software meets the quality standards. - Design and implement test automation frameworks and strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of testing processes. - Conduct root cause analysis of defects and provide recommendations for corrective actions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with automation frameworks like TestNG, JUnit, and Cucumber. - Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and processes. - Experience with defect tracking tools like JIRA or Bugzilla. - Experience with API testing using tools like Postman or SoapUI. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Selenium. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software products. - This position is based at our Kolkata office.15 Year
