SUMMARY
To assist the Quality Assurance function as technical support in issues affecting manufacturing. To support and drive corrective action efforts.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
BE / B tech Mechanical with overall 7-12 Years experience
Sound knowledge on
GD & T basic conceptsCapability of
Gauge / Fixture designing / giving strong inputs in this area
'Exposure in handling
CMM / OMM Equipements
Basic
programming knowledge on CMM / OMM
Additional advantage if exposure in the equipment like
ATOS Q / Sensofar etc
Leadin Quality laboratory
Have Min 3-5 Years of experience in Laboratory Management ,
as lead Exposure in handling of
NABL accredited lab, will be additional advantage
Sound knowledge in Concepts like
SPC/ MSA - GRR / PFMEA / APQPExposure in handling
high end customers / Customer audits etc
Developing team /
Multiskilling of the team
New
supplier development & localization experience
Sound english
communication Exposure in
Automation& advanced
MIS platforms Exposure in usage of
MINITAB / JMPExposure in
Reliability tests/ overall Data management / sample storage requirement clarity etc
· Ensure capability studies are performed on critical processes.
· Perform first article inspection and review visual aids.
· Perform defect analysis reporting.
· Perform MRB on sustained products.
· Participate in CAC meetings – support continuous improvement.
· Perform line and product audits.
· Assist Quality Engineering in APQP.
· Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor.
· Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.
