Quality Engineer for QZ & Lab

1. Measurement support to meet the acceptance criteria of calibration of IMT,
2. Regular validation of the measuring equipment, Maintenance of essential consumables, spare parts, service booking
3. Equipment operation, selection of program, Editing, Test methods, Information on Norms, Standards, Engineering Drawing, Fixtures, SAP
4. Ensuring Measurement support for FMR activities as defined in the lab scopes
5.  Ensuring 5S, Second level maintenance, work area safety in the lab.
6. Execution of BBM Process requirement, IATF, Good lab practice, MIS, EHS, CIP, LPC, Department KPI/KPR
7. Competent in Engineering drawings, Bosch Norms & guidelines, Measurement techniques, Test methods, MSA, 5S and safety.
8. Competent in CMM, Vibration testing , Endurance testing , Form Tester (MFU100, LD 130,MMQ400,etc) Contour, Rz measurement, Height Gauge etc.
9. Shift planning and supervision of allotted jobs, pending jobs and carry forward to next shift

Graduate in mechanical/Automotive/Industrial Engineering

1-3 Years of experience in measurement
