This role will report to  Director Quality & Compliance – South


Role Purpose


Overall responsibility and accountability for the development and implentation of the Quality & Compliance program of our IFM Business in South India. Guarantees the continual compliance to JLL policies & procedures.   Strategic and tactical responsibility for implementing Quality & Compliance Framework so as to improvise processes for IFM Operations & minimise risks.  Work closely with internal and external key stakeholders. Responsible for all areas of the Quality & Compliance for the geography assigned. Monitor and report Key Performance Indicators for the program.

Overall responsibility for Quality & Compliance activities for the assigned geography for IFM business. 


Implement & improvise policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve business performance.   


Evaluate the risks faced by the business and take action to mitigate and develop opportunities.


Contribute to overall business strategy for Risk Management and Quality & Compliance


Responsibilities


The role will require


  • Creating a annual review plan for the various accounts in the geography in concurrence with the leadership of the geography.
  • Conducting On site Quality & Compliance reviews in line with the framework & the laid down policies & procedures.
  • Study the contracts for various accounts & identify if there are any risks that need to flagged in the contracts and contractual delivery
  • Interaction with the site teams, cross functional SMEs relevant for the sites & discuss the audit findings.
  • Create review reports & discuss the findings with the site teams & arrive at the actions required for close the points.
  • Create dashboards for the leadership & discuss the findings with the leadership of the Geography on a monthly basis.
  • Implement new risk control processes and systems where appropriate
  • Assist in continuous improvement activities throughout the business ensuring that risks are prevented and that customer requirements are met without any problems resolved effectively and economically
  • Ensure that corrective actions are delivered and non-compliance issues are resolved on time
  • Liaise with the account management enablement teams in each region to ensure any account assurance programme actions are recorded, and tracked through to resolution and coaching and guidance is provided as and when required.  Work with account management enablement and SMEs to create improvement plans and close out audit findings
  • Track any policy changes within JLL and log any revisions to the existing operating processes and ensure any changes/revisions are communicated.
  • Develop and execute a  training plan for employees at all levels & carry out trainings as & when required. Track nominations & training attendance. Create training dashboard
  • Share an update on the lessons learnt to all the account teams from the audits conducted & lessons learnt from Ethics Investigations in a form that is easy for site teams to understand.  
  • Work with the transition leader to ensure that the Quality & Compliance framework minimum standards are included in all transitions and in place for go-live.

The Candidate

The candidate should have a technical mindset and proven leadership and management skills with the ability to engage, negotiate, and manage key stakeholders. S/he should be a confident professional with the ability to interact at all levels & have excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.  The candidate should be results orientated with ability to plan and deliver against deadlines.  Should have an appreciation of and an ability to positively resolve issues arising from different cultures


Experience


  • Educated to a Graduate degree level
  • At least 7 years’ experience
  • Knowledge of Business Assurance framework or JCAP will be added advantage (for internal candidates)
  • Knowledge of QMS ISO 9001/ISO 140001/ISO45001 will be added advantage
  • Ability to communicate, effectively interface and influence multiple levels of executives and a broad range of internal and external customers
  • Strong cultural alignment: unwavering ethical standards; drives excellence and innately collaborative
  • Operates with a sense of urgency Influencing and Team work: Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal. Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization. Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others.
  • Analytical Skills: Has a structured approach to problem solving with a natural inclination for systems thinking, planning strategy and tactics. Experience / qualification in Design Thinking will be of advantage
  • Character with high perseverance and resourcefulness required to keep driving and finding ways to get the required steps done. Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations. Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere.
