Job Description – Quality Analyst and TrainingJob Location: Mumbai
Key Responsibilities - Conduct detailed statistical data analysis to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement in product quality and process efficiency.
- Perform regular quality assurance audits across various production and operational stages to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Develop and maintain quality standards and procedures in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor quality metrics and performance indicators, report findings to management, and propose actionable improvements.
- Ensure products and services meet customer expectations and regulatory compliance standards.
- Collaborate with product development teams to recommend improvements and solutions for identified quality issues.
- Analyze test results and produce comprehensive reports that detail findings and recommendations for quality enhancement.
- Develop and maintain the annual training calendar and schedule, coordinating with department managers and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business priorities.
- Oversee the design and development of training materials, presentations and resources to support learning objectives and outcomes.
- Lead and facilitate training sessions and workshops, ensuring a positive and engaging learning experience for participants.
- Monitor and evaluate training delivery and effectiveness, making adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Provide coaching and support to trainers and facilitators to enhance their skills and effectiveness.
- Track and report on training metrics and KPIs to measure the impact and ROI of training programs.
- Collaborate with HR and department managers to identify talent development opportunities and support career growth initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies in training and development.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Quality Analyst or similar role in [insert industry or relevant field].
