We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Lead Consultant Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for self and overall team’s technical delivery
• Responsible for technical lead, technical supervision, production support, mentoring team
• Responsible for end-to-end QlikSense dashboard development for CTO and IT Service Management users and stakeholders
• MI report requirement gathering and analysis. Taking care of demand and prioritization process.
• Build and maintain dashboard data models. Build re-usable technical modules and components
• Build and maintain solution design
• Responsible to enable self-service MI features
• Responsible to demonstrate features/comparison of multiple BI tools
• Optimize report/dashboard performance
• Data analysis, troubleshoot data issues effectively
• Responsible for ITSO, Risk and Compliance for the owning MI application / solution
• Adherence to Data Security, SDLC process and task deliveries through agile methodology
• Manage production Support, Level1 queries and on-call support
• Working with cross-functional teams, to understand requirement and design MI solutions
• Able to comprehend user business needs and concerns and integrate that understanding with technical skills.
• Able to articulate technical details, design, strategy to business users
