QA/QC Manager

Role Overview:

The QA/QC Manager will ensure quality control and assurance in the construction and installation of renewable energy systems (solar + wind hybrid projects).

Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Assurance & Compliance – Ensure adherence to international construction standards, safety regulations, and renewable energy guidelines.
• Site Inspections & Audits – Conduct quality checks on materials, structural installations, and electrical components.
• Testing & Validation – Verify the installation of SolarMill® systems, ensuring structural integrity and efficiency.
• Documentation & Reporting – Maintain QA/QC records, project progress reports, and non-conformance reports (NCRs).
• Vendor & Contractor Coordination – Ensure suppliers meet quality specifications for materials and components.
• Safety & Risk Management – Implement HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) protocols for the project.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience in QA/QC for construction projects (preferably renewable energy or infrastructure).
• Knowledge of hybrid solar-wind energy systems is an advantage.
• Familiarity with international construction and electrical codes (e.g., ISO, IEC, NEC).
• Strong auditing, inspection, and documentation skills.
