About the role Location: Bawal
Reporting to: Senior QA Executive
The role requires to execute and supervise the overall Microbiological related activities, shall undertake all jobs pertaining to the set and execution of the QMS and FSMS systems, shall be responsible for maintaining documents and records related to QMS, FSMS or any other quality systems in place,
Key responsibilities
- The person role will need to plan and execute microbiological analysis of raw materials, packing materials and finished goods
- Shall be responsible for trouble shooting in terms of microbiological issues, microbiological method development and establishing analytical program in terms of specific customer requirements on microbiological parameters.
- Shall ensure good microbiological practices at site and co-ordinate all external lab related activities on microbiological analysis.
- Shall ensure that only validated and regionally authorized operating procedures are used at site for microbiological monitoring.
- Any other responsibility entrusted by management from time to time.
- Equipment and CIP validation process
- Sanitation
- HACCP
- Sampling plan preparation and demonstration
- Documentation and knowledge of GLP & GMP
- Proficient in microbiological analysis, good analytical skills, troubleshooting w.r.t microbiological failures, GLP
- Ability to work with and resolve issues in processes. Acumen for RCA
Qualifications and skills
- Masters in microbiology/life sciences from a reputed institute.
- Must have 7 to 9 years in a large unit handling quality function independently
