What You’ll Do


As an Engineering Manager within the Data retention and Managed services team, you’ll play a pivotal role in building and supporting our teams in India and driving multiple projects and initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:


  • Manage, develop, and grow a groups of Quality Engineers/SDETs and SRE/DevOps Engineers.
  • Foster a strong team identity for QE & SRE/DevOps spanning multiple scrum squads.
  • Drive initiatives to implement our Automation, CI/CD, and Tools strategies and best practices.
  • Deliver according to priorities based on department goals and roadmap.
  • Innovate and champion improvements in QE and CI/CD processes and tools.
  • Working with multiple squads in delivering quality for projects and seeing them through to release by working with stake holders.

What You’ll Bring


  • Considerable domain experience in Quality Engineering, DevOps, and Site Reliability Engineering
  • Solid understanding of CI/CD principles, automation technologies, and associated tools and how to optimize them for public cloud.
  • Experience deploying, scaling, monitoring, and maintaining services in AWS.
  • Solid Experience in strategizing and planning testing activities for multiple projects.
  • Familiarity with Web UIs, RESTful APIs and backend services (sync and async) and how to validate them.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills that extend your vision, influence, and impact across the organization.
  • Bias for action and problem solving – eagerness to take initiative and make things happen.
