About the role:
We will take ownership for the quality assurance (QA) testing of the digital solutions. Our team will develop comprehensive test plans, conduct manual testing of product functionality, and automate test cases as needed. Additionally, we will perform regression and performance testing to ensure all software updates meet the required standards. Working closely with the R&D and Product Marketing teams, we will test new features and ensure they align with customer needs. We will also provide timely regression reports to all relevant collaborators, including R&D and Marketing, keeping them informed of testing progress and results.
Key Responsibilities:
- develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and cases for the functionality of digital solutions
- Design innovative scenarios targeting different customer use models to identify issues and offer suggestions for improvement.
- Perform manual and automated testing of conversational flows, APIs, integrations, and overall system performance.
- Identify, analyze, and troubleshoot issues and report them effectively.
- Stay updated on industry trends and testing best practices for AI and conversational platforms.
Mandatory Requirements:
- 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in software testing.
- Expert in designing and executing comprehensive test plans to ensure software quality across various platforms and technologies.
- Proficient in both manual and automated testing methodologies, with an emphasis on automation to streamline testing processes.
- Skilled in performance testing to identify bottlenecks and optimize system efficiency.
- Well-versed in creating and maintaining detailed documentation for test cases, results, and defect reports.
- Experienced with a range of testing tools and frameworks suited to different testing scenarios.
- Adept at collaborating with development teams to refine code, enhance user experience, and achieve software reliability.
- Committed to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in quality assurance.
- Experience in Industrial Automation and enterprise solutions
Good to Have:
- Exposure to other cloud platforms like Azure and open-source cloud components.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Python.

- Strong understanding of modern software architectures and DevOps principles.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
