Job Summary:
As a Python Application Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our web applications and services. This role involves working closely with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements using AngularJS with server-side logic built on Python Django. Your expertise in WebSocket communication, PostgreSQL database management, and experience with AWS and Azure deployments will be crucial in delivering scalable and robust applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Python Django for the backend and AngularJS for the frontend.
• Implement WebSocket communication to enable real-time data exchanges between the server and clients.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Develop and optimize queries for PostgreSQL databases to handle data storage and retrieval efficiently.
• Participate in the deployment and management of applications on AWS and Azure cloud platforms.
• Integrate and manage webhook functionality to trigger actions based on external events.
• Work with Elasticsearch to index, search, and analyze data; proficiency with Kibana for visualizing data and building dashboards.
• Implement basic report integration skills to generate and manage data reports.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD practices using Jenkins or Azure DevOps.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain documentation to ensure the quality and consistency of the codebase.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience as a Python developer with expertise in Django framework.
• Familiarity with AngularJS and its integration with Django applications.
• Strong experience with WebSocket protocols for real-time communication.
• Proficient in database management, including designing schemas and writing complex queries.
• Experience with AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS) and Azure cloud services.
• Demonstrated experience in integrating webhooks and RESTful APIs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js) is a plus.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker).
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies.
