-Conducting international/local online and offline trainings to demonstrate the benefits of our Bosch accessories based on the brand strategy and marketing concept.
-Development of state-of-the-art training formats that are exciting, and target oriented for local online and offline courses.
-Regular exchange with the training specialists from the other business units and the international training colleagues.
-Administration of our Learning Management System and content upload for the different target groups.
-Manage, organize, and maintain the training center at our headquarters in Bangalore.
-You are willing to travel internationally (10 – 20%)
Engineer with experience in similar industry. Product marketing/ Sales experience with flair for training will be favourable.
