A Primary Teacher (PRT) educates young students all the subjects (English, EVS, Maths, Hindi) from class 1 to 5 in foundational subjects, fostering academic and personal development. Key responsibilities include:
Lesson Planning and Delivery: Develop and teach engaging lessons aligned with curriculum standards.
Student Assessment: Evaluate assignments and monitor student progress.
Classroom Management: Maintain a positive learning environment and manage student behavior.
Parental Communication: Discuss student progress with parents or guardians.
Extracurricular Activities: Organize activities to support holistic development.
Essential qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Education and relevant teaching certifications. Strong communication skills, adaptability, and proficiency with educational technology are also important.
