Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the single point of contact for all academic and personal development needs of the assigned class.
  
• Plan and conduct interactive lessons across multiple subjects such as English, Math, EVS, and foundational topics.
  
• Provide individual attention and support to students to foster their confidence and overall growth.
  
• Encourage curiosity, creativity, and participation through engaging teaching methods.
  
• Monitor and assess students' academic and behavioral progress and provide regular feedback.
  
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment.
  
• Build strong relationships with parents/guardians and keep them updated on students' progress.
  
• Participate in school activities, parent-teacher meetings, and training programs as needed.
