1. Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc./B.A.) in Mathematics or a related subject.
B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory.
CTET (Central Teacher Eligibility Test) or State TET certification is preferred.
2. Experience:
2 years of teaching experience in primary classes (freshers with strong subject knowledge can also apply).
3. Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of primary-level mathematics concepts.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Creativity in lesson planning and problem-solving.
Patience and ability to work with young children.
Familiarity with modern teaching methodologies and digital tools.
4. Additional Preferences:
Experience in CBSE/ICSE/State Board schools.
Knowledge of child psychology and primary education teaching strategies.
Ability to conduct engaging and interactive classes.
