Lesson Planning & Teaching:
Plan and deliver engaging English lessons aligned with the school curriculum.
Teach basic grammar, vocabulary, phonics, reading comprehension, and writing skills.
Student Development:
Foster a love for reading and storytelling.
Encourage students to express themselves through speaking and writing activities.
Help improve pronunciation and communication skills.
Classroom Management:
Create a positive and disciplined learning environment.
Use interactive methods such as storytelling, role-playing, and creative writing.
Assessment & Evaluation:
Conduct tests, quizzes, and assignments to assess students' progress.
Provide feedback and guidance for improvement.
Parental Communication:
Keep parents informed about students’ academic progress and areas of improvement.
Other Duties:
Participate in school activities, workshops, and teacher training programs.
Maintain student records and reports.
Master’s Degree in English (M.A. in English) from a recognized university.
B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) degree with specialization in English.
Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written).
Strong knowledge of literature, grammar, and teaching methodologies.
Ability to develop lesson plans and curriculum.
Classroom management and student engagement skills.
Familiarity with modern teaching tools and technology.
Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level (preferred).
