Proposal Engineer

Qualification: Diploma/ BE in Mechanical Engineering

Experience: 5+ Years

• Experience working in Proposal/Quotation Making of Industrial Products is a must.
• Preferable with experience in Instrumentation, Valves, or similar industries. Knowledge of tendering is also preferred.
• Knowledge of working with Export Customers
• Making technical proposal based on customer data, Follow up with customer regarding offers, Customer support, Online tendering, MIS.

• Download tenders
• Read Customer Inquiry
• Understand Technical and Commercial Requirements
• Select Suitable Product and Models
• Prepare technical and commercial quote as per RFQ
• Send offers to customers
• Discuss with customer and clear Technical and Commercial queries.
• Negotiate and close the order.
• Read PO and check if it is as per Quote and complete order entry.
• Vendor Registration and new customer development.
