Could you be the full-time Project Quality and Safety Assurance Manager in Bengaluru we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your analytical and process-oriented expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside meticulous, driven, and resilient teammates.
You'll ensure the project Quality and Safety Assurance on the project and coordinate all quality and safety activities throughout. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with project teams, customer quality and safety teams, support project execution controls, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of defining and monitoring the execution of the project quality plan, ensuring the quality of modifications made during the project, and controlling project deliverables compliance through inspection and audits.
We’ll look to you for:
Ensuring the project Quality and Safety Assurance on the project
Coordinating all quality and safety activities throughout the project
Being the interface with customer quality and safety teams
Ensuring Project Quality plan application and supporting project teams for gate reviews
Managing Non-conformities and Safety issues and animating problem-solving during project execution phase
Improving project quality performance

Bachelor’s in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Telecommunication/Instrumentation)
Experience or understanding of quality and safety assurance in projects
Knowledge of project execution controls and quality planning
Familiarity with safety assessments and authorization processes
A certification in project management or quality assurance is advantageous.
Strong analytical skills and understanding of processes
Excellent communication skills in English
