Acts as the assistant to the PM/PD on all planning aspects of the project.
Complies with Global Major Projects guidelines in terms of reporting procedures and presentation of productivity data.
Organise, participate and provide input in planning and progress meetings and workshops as necessary throughout the project life cycle.
Provide scheduling guidance to the site teams/subs. Work with the site teams/subs to develop detailed and accurate work schedules, daily and weekly metrics and reporting data.
Ensure the collection of measurement data on a daily basis for compilation into reports and validation of commercial payment applications.
Continually monitor progress, productivity, performance and implement action for improvement pre-emptively.
Work with construction manager and site supervisors to ensure smooth sequential working and coordination with interfacing/adjacent contractors.
Provide input on all GMP-related VO’s and contractual claims ensuring that the construction-related substantiation in notifications and follow-up is clearly defined, accurate and demonstrable fromscheduling, resource loading and critical path analysis standpoints.
Work closely with the Project Managers, Engineering Managers, Clients and Sub-contractors to identify potential changes in scope and quantify the impact of any changes.
Assist the Project Manager indentifying potential problems concerning project delivery schedule.Batchelor of Engineering in Electronics/Electrical or equivalent
Overall min 10-12 years and 3-5 related industry experience
Proficient in MS-office, ability to work in SAP would be an added advantage
Good working knowledge of airside and landside airport systems with proven experience, ideally having worked on mid/major size projects
Airport Airside site experience & on various design standards like ICAO ANNEX-14 , FAA,DGCA CAR
Excellent verbal/written/presentation skills.
Knowledgeable about the generally accepted industry best practice in this area.
Highly proficient in all the key areas of project execution.
Preferable experience with portfolio of projects.
Ability to work autonomously or as part of a larger team and able to plan strategically to support the needs of the business
Capable of accurate work under pressure and able to work on several projects simultaneously
Ability to work and prosper in a flexible dynamic team environment.
Ability to work on project site environment.
