1.Managing Preventative Maintenance (PM) schedules in QFM ( creating new schedules, updating existing ones, and end dating schedules that are not needed). This task is to be performed on 16 different P3 sites. Each site has its own QFM system that requires remote access.
2. Managing the accuracy of the assets and asset groups data in QFM. This task is closely related to managing PM schedules in QFM.
3. Maintaining accurate data for users in QFM, including Personnel and Contractors ( operatives). Creating new QFM users.
4. Scheduling automated reports, and cleaning the systems from the automated reports that are no longer needed.
5. Managing accurate Event director and Resource scheduler views.
6. PAR, PMR, PPM completion and FLRA reports verifications.
7. Cross referencing assets, asset groups and PM schedules data from different sites to understand what sites need more data standardization.
8. Helping with the implementation of the stocks ( spare parts) functionality in QFM for all sites – only the data related to this functionality
9. Maintaining user profiles and roles for each site
10. Testing new reports
11. Other tasks related to data maintenance
