Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with experience in managing projects related to the Tranzaxis (Compass Plus) technology. The ideal candidate will oversee the full project lifecycle, from planning and execution to closure, effectively managing multiple client projects concurrently while ensuring they stay on track with timelines, scope, and budget. The Project Manager will play a crucial role in mitigating risks and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the process.

Experience and Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 5-8 years of project management experience, preferably in technology implementations related to payment systems, financial services, or similar environments.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the Tranzaxis (Compass Plus) technology or other card payment processing systems is highly desirable.
Project Management Certification: PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Project, Trello) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage stakeholders and team members.
Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and adapt to changing circumstances.
