About the team:


We are establishing our Banking Project Management team and are looking for an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic Project Manager who would be required to manage multiple new and existing client projects. You would be joining a very collaborative and supportive team who provide BAU support and delivers client changes for SB hosted Banking platforms and other CX projects under EMEA.


What you will be doing:


As a Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for the oversight and delivery of projects initiated from client requested change or internal enhancements.
You’ll work with Project Managers and Business Analyst across the business to~


  • Plan and manage all aspects of projects from initiation through to delivery, responsible for reporting and governance of the project


  • Chasing of financial inputs from project and BAU participants


  • Creation of SB invoice from Planview and other sources


  • Analysis and feedback to PMs and resource managers on the initial invoice (do things look right/ has anything been missed)


  • Work with Finance to ensure they understand and are comfortable with our invoice figures


  • Preparation of the Invoice Request Form working with the FIS Billing Team


  • Assist programme Manager  to understand overall client picture


  • Assist programme Manager in creation and management of Migration programme financials, perhaps with specific reporting


  • Create and manage process to add expenses to PS invoice


What you bring:


  • 10+ Years’ experience in IT Industry with Project Management experience into Financial Domain.


  • Plans and coordinates all aspects of technical projects from initiation through delivery.


  • Experience working in a technology or financial services organization and preferably have worked in a vendor/client capacity


  • Knowledge of project management standards, processes, procedures and guidelines


  • Knowledge of financial services industry and an understanding of end-to-end systems development life cycles


  • Proven experience working independently under general instructions on a large variety of special projects


  • Effective analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal and time management skills


  • Ability to interact effectively with executive level clients
