About the Role:


We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Project Manager to steer project and oversee the implementation and ongoing support of our HR systems, including Workday and ServiceNow and Process Optimization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with specific experience in HR technology solutions.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, monitor project progress, and make necessary adjustments to ensure adherence to project scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders. Manage expectations, resolve conflicts, and build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Demonstrate strong data analysis and presentation skills.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle. Develop contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges, keeping projects on track and within scope.
  • Governance: Oversee the governance framework for system release management and configuration updates, ensuring compliance with data management, security, and established company policies. Conduct impact analysis of the projects undertaken & measure project performance metrics. Collaborate with IT teams to address technical issues and integration requirements.
  • Integration Management: Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration of HR systems with existing business processes.
  • HR Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize HR processes through technology solutions. Work closely with HR teams to understand their needs and implement solutions that enhance productivity. Present HR data to stakeholders effectively.
  • Collaboration with Stakeholders: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and progress.
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Manage the UAT process, including creating test cases, coordinating testing activities, and ensuring issues are resolved before deployment.
  • Drive Project Plan: Lead the development and execution of project plans, ensuring all milestones and deliverables are met. Monitor and track project timelines, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule. Follow the escalation matrix to address and resolve issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
  • Interaction with Shared Service Operations Team: Collaborate with the shared service operations team to ensure smooth project execution and integration with existing processes.
  • Change Management: Drive Change management of the implemented processes and ensure that the subsequent documentation (SOP’s, process maps, alerts, knowledge articles) are updated and approved
