Project Manager / Scrum Master

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead and coordinate Agile software and Hardware development projects. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, experience in Agile methodologies, and the ability to facilitate Scrum processes to ensure efficient delivery of high-quality software products. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• ·Act as a Scrum Master for Agile development teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives).
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to define and prioritize the product backlog.
• Track project progress using Agile tools such as Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
• Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and impediments affecting project execution.
• Foster a collaborative team culture and drive continuous process improvements.
• Ensure adherence to Agile best practices and project governance frameworks.
• Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Monitor team performance and coach team members on Agile principles. Set the proper Goals / Deliverable. Track the individual deliverables against their task / Goals. Measure the effectiveness and rate as per the performance measures.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication between business, development, and QA teams.
