Our team is responsible for delivering and supporting Global M&S teams in partnership with Business and Digital, and drive priority and transformative initiatives across M&S. The team members of Global M&S Services Hubs will act as partners in carrying out tasks and fulfilling responsibilities to support global project management from the hubs.

To meet these challenges, Sanofi Manufacturing & Supply build a unique production system leveraging Lean and Digital, called the Sanofi Manufacturing System, reflecting the company's mindset, culture, and industrial heritage. The Sanofi Manufacturing System evolved constantly and is moving towards the Factory 4.0


SMS 2.0 is a Sanofi-wide effort to design, implement, and sustain a second-generation Sanofi production system, with an objective to reach world class manufacturing performance across the Manufacturing & Supply network.


The PMO of SMS 2.0 Program offers standardized tools, templates, and methodologies that project leader can use to plan, execute, and monitor the program efficiently.


The PMO acts as a center of excellence, offering expert advice and guidance on best practices, risk management, and problem-solving.


Main responsibilities:


  • Support SMS 2.0 program Lead for global program coordination and ensure coordination and alignment with Connected Smart Factories program
  • Support ecosystem leaders for creation, coordination, and animation of Community of Excellence with a consistent approach for Community of Excellence (Global / GBU / sites)
  • Consolidate yearly roadmap in the frame of the Budget and StratPlan
  • Consolidate and tracks Quarterly TIP actions
  • Coordinate planning for Maturity assessments and Consolidate Maturity assessment scores into PowerBI
  • Propose and coordinate planning, meetings and different events proposed program and ecosystem leaders
  • Identify, consolidate, monitor & follow up action plan
  • Contribute to KPIs delivery (at program Level) to measure program success
  • Ensure regular & ad’hoc reporting (e.g. via dashboards) on deployment, Tool usage, Community of Excellence and potential specific Budget & Resources monitoring of dedicated initiative lead in the frame of the programs.
  • Contribute to setting (& tracking) the ambition for the certification of the community in alignment with global M&S aspiration; is in charge to identify opportunity to constantly optimize the process based on learnings from the SMS community
  • Support Onboarding and training for new ecosystem leaders and transformations leaders
  • Contribute in the establishment of community of Transformation Leaders & Ecosystem Leaders to ensure that standards are well understood and applied
  • Contribute to the communication of SMS 2.0 (Best practices, success stories…)

About you


  • Experience:
    • Master’s degree in Life Sciences or business operation
    • Experience in the Biological, chemical or pharmaceutical industry (3-5 years) is a plus
    • Demonstrated ability to drive initiatives from concept to execution
    • Good functional knowledge on industrial business processes is a plus
  • Skills:
    • Basic or good understanding of data management and M&S digital products.
    • Experience in Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Yellow Belt, Green Belt) with some practical application to a real-world context is a plus
    • Leadership / conviction /Strong communication skills.
    • Engages and leverages everyone’s strengths while being highly self-aware.
    • Strong analytical skills. Decision making by analyzing current and future scenarios, disrupts the status quo with innovation, while remaining pragmatic and focused on priorities.
    • Able to lead / animate networks, teams, experts.
    • High level of autonomy. Executes, is comfortable with ambiguity, ​and adapts with agility. Takes calculated risks and anticipates potential issues.
