Job Description

Key responsibilities:


  • Overall understanding of the project lifecycle including feasibility, design, procurement, construction, etc.
  • Understanding & precise knowledge of all aspects of interior fit-outs related to corporate offices (including Civil and MEP)
  • Tasks are completed to the right accuracy and quality standards efficiently within timelines
  • Client evolving needs are dealt with a helpful and attentive way
  • The cross-functional team and various stakeholders are supported in a helpful and positive manner
  • An effective contribution is made towards the overall project
  • Key information and data is effectively communicated and appropriately retained
  • Preparation of schedule/timelines of project and tracking it throughout the project.
  • Study of Drawings and design in detail and provide valuable inputs before start of execution.

Good communication skills along with effective stakeholder management

Qualifications

Education – B.Arch/ B.E/ B.Tech (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical)


  • Post graduate qualification in Project management (RICS/ NICMAR) would be an added advantage
  • Candidate should have relevant experience of working and delivering corporate Interior fitout projects

7+ years work experience with demonstrated career growth graph.
