Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Project Manager
Develops, refines, validates and manages project plans to ensure on time and on budget delivery of major technology initiatives across the enterprise.
Responsible for utilizing project management methods, standards, project integration as well as the coordination of all internal and external resources required to complete assigned projects.
Provides timely and concise communications to functional leadership regarding project status and pending issues; analyzes processes and makes recommendations for optimizing resources and product delivery.
Develops project plans based on specifications provided by the Portfolio Management staff and manages effective execution of the initiatives.
Builds consensus among multiple process leads relative to project scope, task execution, staffing and issue resolution.
Sourcing with vendors on behalf of the business area represented.
Provides overall financial direction for the projects to manage the development of budgets, controls and measurements to monitor project progress.
Identifies potential risks within the project; proactively manages issues.
Participates in identifying project costs, resource allocation, project schedule changes and issue escalation.
Frequently interacts with staff including business area management, portfolio managers, vendors, consultants and other contractors.
Performs related duties as assigned.
Develop and maintain a productive working relationship with both internal and external team members including executive business owners, product managers and vendors.
Conduct formal review with business sponsor at project completion to confirm acceptance and satisfaction to track and measure client satisfaction levels and make and implement recommendation.
Resource and Capacity Management
Scrum Master
Coach the development team and stakeholders on how to use Agile/Scrum practices, ceremonies, mindset, processes, methods, and effective ways of working while also helping in improving adherence to best practices.
Organize and facilitate daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos and other scrum-related meetings.
Guide the groups they work with by providing meaningful feedback and effectively facilitate retrospectives to pull actionable changes for the team.
Develop and maintain a productive working relationship with both internal and external team members including executive business owners, product managers and vendors.

Educational Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in information systems or engineering
Certifications:
PMP / Scrum Master certification / CSP / PMI-ACP / Related certification required, SaFE Certification
Work Experience:
10+ years of IT experience including prior Project Management experience

Strong experience around project financials / budget management and reporting, and and resource capacity management.
Nice to have : Agile Scrum experience
Nice to have : Experience with managing SAP development work and teams. Familiarity with SAP and/or have managed projects in an SAP environment
Tools Knowledge:
Mandatory - Advanced Excel skills, such as data analysis, pivot tables, lookups.
Mandatory - Knowledge of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) : Jira / Azure DevOps
Nice to Have - Experience of Project and Portfolio Management tools e.g., Clarity, Open Workbench

Experience & Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any other related discipline or equivalent related experience. 4+ years of directly-related or relevant experience, preferably in IT project management or IT delivery.
